multiple midi control to one function

i try to control a show with a midi sequencer and i control the cue via midi i need to assign multiple midi control to the surface opacity (C1 to cue 1 and surface1 opacity C1# to cue 2 and surface 1 opacity etc..)
i have 10 cue to each surface and i need to control the opacity and the cue without creating one surface for each cue
