When you turn "perspective" off in the Output section, you gain the ability to key in a size. It would be killer if you could lock and unlock the aspect ratio so that when you scale, the aspect ratio stays true.

You can use the scale button in the output window, but it doesn't allow you to key in a dimension.

de-activate perspective, select one of the 4 handles, then SHIFT-move diagonally the handle.
