MadLights - DMX USB Pro: Support Output

Why is there only in/output support for the ArtNet controller?
Add support for the Enttec DMX USB Pro its output!
Input is possible for a while now, what I really need is out
I'm aware it's in Beta, but please add support for the final release as well.
