Add additional sub divisions without effecting original ones

Hello, one feature that would make madmapper SO much easier for mapping complex (and especially curved and irregular shaped) structures would be to allow you to add additional subdivisions without it effecting the position of the existing subdivisions.

Below you can you can see a Quad with subdivisions placed where I want them.

Now if I want to add additional subdivisions it changes the positioning of my original subdivisions, which can be extremely impractical for quads with many subdivisions that I have already spent a long time positioning them where I want them.

It would be so much more practical to implement something like how polygons are subdivided using 3D modelling programs like Autodesk Maya.
See the below video for insert edge loop tool.

Basically allowing you to choose which row of subdivisions along the X or Y axis you would like to further subdivide.

Even if it is too hard to implement this with clicking directly onto the quad and it had to work with a number system where you manually specify which row of subdivisions you wish to further subdivide that would work too. For example typing in X5 or Y7.

This would make things to much easier!

Thanks very much in advance.
