Hello,
SWFs used to play normally on Modul8 until today.
I had this problem in the past. Official support could not help. Decided to do fresh install of Snow Leopard. Problem fixed. Now have same problem again.
No errors, no messages, SWFs import fine in M8 library, play fine in Safari. Any ideas? Any help highly appreciated. I need to perform tomorrow.

Please try us at support again.

I must re-iterate that as SWF is no longer supported by QuickTime, maintaining support for it is incredibly difficult and time consuming. I cannot recommend enough sticking with QuickTime formatted clips.

swf's play fine for me.....

little plugin called 'perian' adds swf functionality back into quicktime.

i totally agree with your recommendation; but.... if you've already got some swf files, perian is easier than remaking them, and it's stable enough.
