i have noticed a problem with the sound-out feature. i created a mod8 file with sound disabled in the pref's. then i reopened the mod8 file with sound-out enabled in the pref's. when i turn the sound-out volume knob to a nonzero value and click thru my setup most of the videos are no longer loaded. but if i return the volume knob to zero they magically load in again. perhaps a file created with sound-out disabled in the pref's must always remain soundless?

Hmmm... sounds like a bug... I'll check that. Most of the time it is best to restart Modul8 when you change this option. Did you restart it ?

restarting seems to fix it. so it works for me. thanks.
