how to setup Space in Leopard with Modul8

    by bighairmusic » Thu Dec 13, 2007 3:57 am

I have Leopard, and I want to have Modul8 in Space 2 (Live is in Space 1), and then Modul8s output on a 2nd screen, but i can't seem to do anything but get full screen in Space 2 when going full screen. Is there an update that is needed for this or am i just doing something wrong.

    Thanks

don't know if this helps and sorry if you know this but. If you keep them both in space 1, go to the display preferences and turn off mirroring. If you have a secondary monitor plugged in then you desktop will be extended either on the right or left. you can now put modul8 on one side and Live on the other. This is how they do dual screen editing in post production houses. Let me know if this works.

When you use spaces, each space has it's own extension. (you can see that when you press Fn+F7. So I guezz that you'll see just the fullscreen output when you 're in space 2. While in space 1 you'll just see an extension of live's interface.

I'll give it a try though
