I'm using modul8 on a powerbook.
I know the sound in through internal mic used to work on my old modul8 version.
I upgraded and now when I test the sound in with some clapping or music nothing happens.
(I'm trying to use the Auto Scale with sound in from the powerbook mic)
Any ideas why?

Is the mic enabled in the system Preferences?
Is the "Sound In" knob in modul8 turned on?

Is your microphine working properly? My iBook's microphone stopped working after a while, all that open and closing of the lid screws up the cable.

you have to restart modul8 after changing sound settings in sys preferences as well. have you tried putting a mini jack input (external mic/ipod) in to the mac, if that works then i guess you can confirm that it is a problem with the mic rather than modul8.
