Resolutions

Hi there!
Am new to this whole VJing thing, I was just wondering what is the proper resoluton to get good quality output?
I will be using projectors and/or a bunch of PLASMA and LCD TVs to output my mixes.
Is 320 X 240 enough? Or will this come out pixelated? If so, what resolution should my video loop library be in?
