Authorisation issues

Hi

I use modul8 on 3 machines. 1 desktop and 2 laptops. This means that I need to deauthorise/reauthorise on a fairly regular basis. All has been well until today. 2 of my machines are claiming that I'm at my limit of authorised machines, while the other one just loops through the registration process, getting nowhere.

Help!

Be sure to check that you have at least Modul8 V2.5.2 or higher. There was a problem in the V2.5.1 regarding registration.

Also please note that unless you have a site licence, a standard licence can be installed only on two machines.

My computer is iMac core2duo, OSX 10.4.9, the Modul8 V2.5.2 and loops through the registration process. What the problem? ( In my other computer: PB G4 alu, all serene.)

Send your serial to support[a]garagecube.com. So we can see what's going on. Thank you.

Well, I've got V.2.5.1 but I can't update unless I can actually run it...

I know. that's why I have to deauthorise my desktop and reauthorise my 2nd laptop prior to every gig and vice versa when I'm working on new content.

OK. Part-way there. I'd downloaded but not installed 2.5.2 on one machine. I'm only able to authorise one machine, though. This has allowed me to install 2.5.2 and then upgrade to 2.5.3 on all 3 machines but I can still only use 1 live.
