Im outputing to a Panasonic AV5 that is NTSC. Im in Argentina and most everything else is PAL. Im sure that at some point I set Module to PAL because it works on my PAL monitor. How do I change it?

Modul8 never changes the resolution of the output. You should change it yourself in the system preferences.

I assumed that it would be in system preferences. However I dont see anything that indicates where those changes can be made. What submenu deals with output resolution?

you must have an external screen/projector plugged in yourr computer. then go to system preferences > monitors and change the resolution of your output!
