all seems well on the mac front - the desktop extends nicely across all 3 screens.

but when I enter full screen in modul8, the image shoots off to the far right hand side and is stretched x 3 horizontally.

I've tried all variations of preview, and advanced output.
for some reason the screen size and centre are all way out

help???

i think you have to set up in prewiew(preferences) option 4:1

first of all you don't need to use the advanced output feature, because your three screens appear as one to the system. just switch to fullscreen.
concerning the preview window, i got best results by setting the aspect to "free" and dragging it manually to 1024*256.

hope this helps! have fun.

thanks for the help.
in the end it looks like it was a TH2G problem.
after taking the system apart and re connecting everything, I set the preview to 1024x 256 and it worked perfectly,
as I can't repeat the problem in M8 it looks like TH2G got a little confused.

unfortunately I have now run out of excuses and will have to buy a HDV camera to make footage for the much bigger screens.

thanks again

Yes advenced mode is only for tower computer with several graphic card (up to 8 output).
For using a matrox just change your preview panel to 8/3 for a dualHead and 4/1 for a tripleHead.
This informations is also on the user manual p.29

I;ve since found out that the problem comes from using antialias.

if this is switched on with TH2G modul8 becomes very confused.
switch it off and everything is fine.

The triple/dual cards from MAtrox are shit at certain resolutions.

IF you stick to what they say it works, you shouldn't have this problem, I guess.

They are so unstable that it hurts. I hope they upgrade them, the idea is good but they have many problems.
