    Layer transparency modes (like Photoshop)

    by deckard97 » Sat Oct 20, 2007 2:52 am

    Hi,

is there a way to (or fake to) emulate the layer transparency modes like in Photoshop?
Overlay, Multiply, Darken, LIghten, to name a few.

    Thanks!

first crate alpha channel movies then apply chroma filters or any effects with the filter (layer) module

but i think it doesn´t work with m8 cause you need
the possibility to have 2 inputs at the plugin.

did you try it? if it works it would be great.

VJFX ink plugins can't be used with modul8. inks are blend modes for the moment the only blend mode you have in M8 is inside the Mask (global) module. each layer independently don't have blend modes.

You could create a QTZ file to do this.
