Hello,

I'm on a MBP dual 2.13, 2gig ram, os 10.4.11, qt. 2.0. Everytime I open a project that I have saved, none of my presets are holding properly. I have three video layers assigned on each bus each loaded with a different video clip. I am very careful to save my project. However when I open the same project, all six tracks are loaded with the same video file. This happens everytime I create a new project. Everytime the exact same clip loads into all of my tracks. Any idea if this is a bug or am I doing something wrong. I'm a little rusty with Modul8 but have a bunch of gigs coming up real soon and working hard to get everything flowing.

it's not bug of modul8, I'm running leopard on a MBP 2.4 2 GB ram, and my projects open just fine.

check the modules, maybe you have a module running that is doing something you don't want

Thanks for the replies. I tried opening the project without any modules open and still have the problem. The strange thing is if I open the projects with 2.5.3 that particular problem goes away but then the FF plug-ins don't work. Strange. I used Garagecube alot last year and never had any problems. Now it's been about six months that I've used it much and I'm having all these problems. Weird! Any further assistance is appreciated.d

I assume this is an old project made under 2.5.3 you try to open in 2.5.4. Maybe there are some incompatibilities between the two versions. If you create a new project similar to the old one in 2.5.4 and you re-open it after it's been saved? do you still have bugs?

I had something similar happening and it was down to the slideshow module.

thanks, mowgli! I trashed the slideshow module and now my projects open up just fine. That seems to have solved the problem completely. Yahoo!
