For the last show I prepared mixes and saved them as projects. My plan was to use two macs to switch them to output and just open saved projects. To my horror most the earlier (made two weeks ago) ones opened without loading media. And I had no recollection what was used and on what layer. So I had to try to redo everything on spot. Luckily the ones I made the day before worked.
I had noticed it before that when I open some saved project it will do it without loading any media. All the other settings are there, but not the clips. I thought it was due to moving clip library from one place to another and doing some system overhaul.
So what is the right way to save and keep projects and media so it loads the clips ALWAYS. Now I am utterly confused, because I do not remember if I have done anything different now and then.
Please help me with this. To open saved projects seems to be the only way I can manage my media on the show.
And is there a way to save moduls settings. These seems to be back to default values when project is opened.

If you have changed the directory of you're movies, modul8 can't find them anymore.
If you did, you can open a saved modul8 file in Smultron (a script editor) and find the directory listings, and change them.
I found this trick on this forum, but haven't tried it myself.
