Mix and Match Video Cards?

Hi all,
I'm looking at buying a new Mac Pro 8 core, but will upgrade the primary card to a NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512MB and move the stock RADEON into the secondary position. My question is: Could there be compatibility issues with these two cards working together in a multi-projector setup? Anyone have a setup like this? Any input is always appreciated...Thanks.
