Hi all,

Just wondering what hardware people are using for USB live cam input.

The Firewire on my MBP has a loose connection so I don't trust for it for live input.

Have you tried using the firewire 800 port, I got a 400 to 800 converter and run the live camera through that now leaving the 400 free for my external hard drive.

is it possible to stream live input straight into modul8 with a fw400 dv cable?

i dont want to record stuff i just want a straight live feed. thanks for any advice.
