    by Jim4000 » Thu Sep 18, 2008 2:44 am

    Hi guys !

im new here AND new with modul8 !
I use a Edirol V4 so i wanna connect my Macbook pro to it.
I buyed a converter so my VGA output ( or what is the name for screen output on mac ?) converts to DVI/svideo. But where in the program do I set it so it transmits to my Edirol V4?

    Can anyone help ?
Sorry for my bad languange but english is not my main language

    first, connect up your TV
    then-
    system preferences/displays/detect displays/gather windows

set the TV out to either NTSC or PAL and in the settings??? set it to best for TV and overscan.

you then just need to command-U to send M8 fullscreen on the TV

    Problem

    by Jim4000 » Thu Sep 18, 2008 8:22 am

I now have an extended wallpaper on my tv ,
so when i mouse my mouse to the right of my macbook it appears on the tv.
So he knows that its connected.
I run modul8 , load a movie and press command U and my laptop screen goes fullscreen , he shows the movie in full screen , with no controlls or stuff like that , and my tv still is my second screen backgroung

how do i set Modul8 that it will go fullscreen vjing on the tv
and controll on my laptop ?

Displays preferences-arrange and move the white bar at the top of one of the screen representations to the other one. The white bar represents the "system" so whichever screen has this on is the main screen.

Hello Gary, sorry, Oldknow. I see you're as bored as I am lurking in both forums this morning.
