Does modul8 work with the new MXO2 capture card. I have mxo2 set up to a mac pro 8core with a composit video stream to test. I can see the stream in Quicktime Pro but not in modul8. am I missing a setting in the modul8 software. I am running a demo version. I will purchase a full version only if I can get live feeds.

more to the point.. are you using it as an external source in M8?
if so you need to apply the video capture/media set/sp to a layer...

Yes I have set up a test video source using a DV camera input through the computer firewire port, and was able to view this in a layer and output the stream. I am setting up the MXO2 in the hope of feeding a HD 444 out of a cannon XL HD 1 via SDI into the MXO and hopefully Modul8 Output from there would be 2 Dvi to Fiber optic 300 ft to Dvi into 2 Ekii HD projectors This should give me a extreamly high quality at my projectors At least I hope so. Anyway all I got in modual8 is a black screen The software seems to know that the card is present because with no card when you click on video nothing happens. In this case it opens the source but it does not come through.
