Need a help & tips for sound interaction -

Let's say there are multiple sound sources to work with each layer.
How to assign each layer to interact with a different/specific sound source?
e.g. if I want layer 1 sets with sound source 1, layer 2 sets with
sound source 2......

With one sound source,
How to assign each layer to interact with a specific sound pitch,
speed and volume from one sound source?
e.g. if I want layer 1 sets with sound pitch, layer 2 sets with sound speed.....
