HDD crashed .. couldnt deauthorize

Hi guys ! i had a gig on saturday at viennas flex club. My macbook pros harddisk crashed ( dunno why 
)
i bought a new harddisk , but now i cant use modul8, because i couldnt deauthorize modul8.
Does somebody knows how to solve this problem ?
