help about smooth continuous movements

Hello Modul8 users

We´ve just moved from Isadora to modul8 as we´ve discovered that it gives a much better performance in our live video sessions.

For the performances, we are two people connecting two computers with modul8 via ethernet. Each of us uses different layers and interchange data. It works perfecly!

The live video patch we made in isadora was based on the movement of images (png and animation movies) over the screen to which we could give different expressions (zoom, spin, shake, color...) while composing scenes: http://www.vimeo.com/6031595
In this way, modul8 is specially convenient for us as it has the same structure. However, we are having some problems to addapt some movement features that we need. We assume the the most specific events come with script, but, as we are not very familiar with python we are looking for some help to achieve smooth continuous movements (for example, that when we press "centre", the image smoothly slides to this position or when we press "reset" size or rotation it doesn´t jump to zero position but there is a ramp of values).
We don´t know if what we ask for is complicated. In this case, we cannot pay much, but we could make an exchange of works (if anyone would need some help with Isadora, Aftereffects, graphic...)

Thank you very much in advanced

Thanks so very much to Philippe "Iduun", who's made this module "Things Happen interpolator" that resets values without jumps.
We´ve trying with no success to make it work in only one layer (now it works great in all the layers at the same time). Does anybody know what would be the code for this?
Thank you really much again

Nice work BTW. I am a big fan of non-pixel / movement based forms of expression. Once you get the right module I look forward to seeing some footage of your performances using modul8.

Thanks! we are really looking forward to having our tool ready in modul8. So far we've found a huge amount of new possibilities and great quality of movements.
