I searched for this but couldn't find it. My logo's look great on my computer monitor, but look a bit jagged on the screens. The resolution is 800x600 on the projection screen.

Is there an anti-alias mode that I am missing?

in preferences.

try making your original logo bigger too and use alpha channels - .png codec
