How can I bpm sync modules and effects that doesnt include a bpm button? I dont know if you guys understand this. F.eks how can I bpm sync frame position? The module called frame position only has a speed button.

Another question:
If I make a clip (lets say of a girl dancing) which is in sync 126bpm, how can I sync the duration of the clip to f.eks 140 bpm?
