authorization says 2 cpus but is only 1. desperate have gig!

so lame. for some strange reason, one of my computers died and is still registered with modul8. Please help me,
I have sent garagecube support asking for help, and not heard back.
I need a new 2nd authorization and don't know where to turn...
I have a gig tomorrow and need to run 2 laptops...
