    LOGICAL RECORD CRASH

    by lamepantallas » Thu Apr 15, 2010 10:11 am

Hi, need help. I am getting frustrated.
I was rendering logical record a set for an important gig for tomorrow (today) and all of a sudden m8 crashed while I was rendering. I relaunched and now only have like 1/5 of my whole set =( !!!!

And yes it is new version...

    thanks,
    g.

Always save your set before starting rendering! Maybe this should be a requirement for modul8 to start rendering.

Sometimes, some medias are "corrupted" when using some effects, and for these really obscure reasons, modul8 crashes… If you try to render a long composition, you should cut the render in different parts so if it crashes in one part, you don't lose the whole thing.

Can you please send a crash report to support[_at_]garagecube[_dot_]com

    Thank you

How do I retrieve the crash report?
It now happened twice... this second time it asked me if I wanted to relaunch it or reset and relaunch....and when relaunched it again all the cotrols went crazy fast as if it were replaying the set but very very fast and had to restart it again.
