Xbox into M8

I have to get the signal from an Xbox into M8 with as little delay as possible.
I understand it outputs PAL HDMI and component..
I'll probably have the option for PCI cards.
any recommendations??

The Intensity Pro has an HDMI input.

Ah right and with that I'm imagining you can input any kind of video thaing, and then modul8 would pick that up as a video input.
Considering getting a simple webcam so I can turn it around on the crowd and they can see themselves. The macbooks have fixed cameras. Bit off topic, but anyway. Glad you got your XBOX input into Modul8, sounds nice. Wonder if it'd be possible to get a Photoshop doccie live into a camera input?
