Are there any tricks to make sure multiple clips going to different outputs start in sync when opening a modul8 patch ?
At the moment it loads each of the four clips one at a time and I have to manually trigger again to resync.

Depends on what you need. There is a module that syncs movies in layers (can't remember what it is called at the moment but search the forum if you need to know) but it will not automatically sync movies on different layers when you load the file. I think simply since there is no command to check if the file has finished loading (correct me if I'm wrong). It should be possible to create a module that waits for x seconds and then trigger a sync in that case you want to autostart a modul8 comp or something like that.
