Everytime I do a larger show and sub in extra computers, I authorize my licenses (I own 5) and then deauthorize (on the internet) at the end of the show.
The deauthorizations don't register however, and next time I need to authorize a machine (usually the day before a show) Modul8 won't let me authorise..
When I check 'yourspace' sure enough, it says I have used all my licenses....
I then have to send panic emails to Mod8 to get them to deauthorise all my licenses so I can start over...
To their credit, Modul 8 team are usually onto this straight away for me, but it's still really stressful being that I am on the other side of the world
and in a different time zone and just about to do a gig.
I have had this issue at least 10 times, for the last year or so.
Has anyone else found this, and what was the fix??
I need this authorisation process to be simple and work straight away.
I am computer savvy, and just don't see that I am doing anything wrong..
