position and state of modules not remembered?

Hello.
I'm not really sure if it is a bug or if it's typical behavior of M8. Everytime I open my project file, the position of modules is moved slightly.
For example I like to keep Filter and Painter module minimized on top of the user interface but when I start M8 they are both positioned sligthly down.
Also after starting up M8 and opening my project file, all the modules are maximized which creates a bit of confusion for me and I have to move them around everytime.
I use FlyingLobster strobe effect and the "Activate" button is always on and the screen is strobing.
All this happens even if I put everything in order and save the project. I have tried switching to different Workspace but the result is the same.
