Delay to delivery Modul8

I bought the software Modul8 on april 7 and was notified that it would take 48 hours to receive the product. It's been 3 days and I didn't receive it. I have a party to do and need it as soon as possible. What can I do?

first, check your spam box, the system is automatic and sometimes the mail is considered as spam.

Did you pay with credit card or bank transfer? credit card is fast, bank transfer can be longer, especially if you order on friday, the banks are closed on week-ends…

send a message to support at garagecube dot com if you still have nothing on monday.

@elka_andrello, the email containing your serial number was sent out on 07.04.2011 and probably got caught in your spam. I have resent the message. Please confirm that you have receive it.
