Does anyone know why some loops do not run smooth on my output screen?
Why do they judder?

What is the codec of your loops and what is the size and length of them? Do you have any modules running that modifies the playback in any way? Try shutting all modules off. What are the specifications of your computer and hard drive (speed, is it internal/external, if it's external, how is it connected)? You have to offer a little bit more info for us to answer such a question.
