Hi

I have some problems with getting module 8 to recognize my DMX PRO, I have downloaded drivers from ftdichip.com with no result. Please advice.

you've downloaded the driver. Have you installed them? Do you get an error messages?

Found the problem, just needed to find the correct driver. And if anyone need to know it is FTDIUSBSerialDriver_v2_2_16.dmg that works for MAC pro 12 core.

I have some problems too. Enttec DMX usb pro does not want to work with modul8. With other programs works fine. Driver installed, all set up, but when I change the module parameters "DMX 8 channels" nothing happens. And when I turn on "DMX color test" is also nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?

After some experiments I realized that module8 does not see the device. When I connect ENTTEC and run the program my controller of LED strip remains in self-test. When I run another program to manage light the controller of LED strip runs in normal mode (controling the color).
