it depends what you call "to use" ?!

You could create movie in after effects and the use them as media in Modul8.

You could use the http://tobiasebsen.dk/experiments/aesyphon/ After Effect plugin to export your AE viewport to Syphon and then use it as a Syphon input in Modul8.

it´s a workaround through syphon ...

but keep in mind... this is not very save for a show!
