Hi! when i connect AOC 16" - E1649FWU with USB connection as main monitor to my new Mac Pro, Modul8 freezes on startup. All other applications working as usual with no problems.

usb is not the way to go to connect a display on a computer… your mac won't activate the graphic card in this case and modul8 needs it to work.

Thank you sigmasix! at studio i have samsung S27B970 Display, but for my gigs i need something small and light to put in my backpack, so i decided for cheap usb monitor. i have a lot of venues where i have to come with my Mac Pro and big monitor is not the best way to go... i have to find another way. strange that all other applications including madmapper is working just fine.

first versions of madmapper had the same problem.

I think it's a way to use the graphic card that causes some problems. not many apps are that much gpu oriented
