Live HD stream pb with GoPro DSLR and BM intensity shuttle

Hi,
I want to use a HD stream in modul8.

I have
a DSLR (canon 600D)
a go pro hero 3+
a MacBookPro 15" retina (10.9.5)
As both of my cameras have hdmi output I bought the black magic intensity shuttle (thunderbolt)

It's not working !!!

the hdmi signal from Canon is 1080 i 59.94 (even if I change the resolution in the camera, and I'm in pal!!!) so I have an interlaced signal in modul8 and it's not nice at all (is there any deinterlace modul ???)

The hdmi signal from the gopro is still a mystery for me as I never had any image in the mac.

I called both support, black magic and go pro and the response is that it's not compatible :-(

I'm very disappointed and I'm still looking for a (cheap) solution, especially for the go pro because It's part of an interactive installation I need to use soon.

Do you use HD input ? how ?

Thanks for your help and comments :)

Mylene

Did you try this solution?
https://github.com/v002/v002-Camera-Live
Combine your dslr to the computer with the usb cable and start the app. Choose the syphon channel in modul8 and the camera have no lag.

Thank you,
I will try it.
I found also this " Canon2Syphon " but seems to be challenging for my computer

and for the go pro I have an image with this setting
720p 120 on gopro
720p 59,96 on blackmagic

More ideas welcome as I don't really like the 120fps setting

i had BM problems with VDMX and an intensity studio.
the work around was to install the previous version of BM software.
( version 9.x instead of 10.x)
might be worth a try
