I'm a registered customer of GarageCube; I own Modul8 and previously have authorized between two different Mac laptops. My serial # is:
My problem: The laptop which currently had the authorized (and hence, running) version...the logic board busted. There really was no alternative other than to transfer the hard drive and data to another Macbook pro running the same OS. But since I've done that I've been unable to authorize with the challenge code, getting the "too many machines" error message. Now I've got two laptops with Modul8, but neither can get to Modul8 to de-authorize for the other. Help! I have a gig tomorrow night!
