    trace has stopped working!

    by mowgli_uk » Sun Jun 04, 2006 11:34 pm

    Hi,
recently my "trace" function has stopped working. Whenever i move the knob with the mouse or a midi controller it bounces back to 0 .
Any clues about what is causing this? It used to work normally until now.
    Cheers.

Is there a chance you've recorded something (inadvertently or otherwise) with the Global Logical record? Whatever the "status" or settings of the Master section were when you starting recording, it will return to those settings when the record bit loops back to the beginning.

Just wanted to add that Trace hasn't worked for me in any of the 2.5 betas (I assumed it was left out because you gents were still working on it). If that's not the case then something is definitely amiss.

    Cheers,
    Justin

    Yup, still not working.
Could it be a PowerPC issue?
