I am about to place an order to buy a MiniMad. I understand that it comes with one SD card. In case I need to replace it later on do always need to buy a pre-installed SD card from Garagecube? Or can I buy any SD card and reformatted it, and if so how can I reformat it so that it can be used for MiniMad? Please help!

The card sold by garageCube have been selected for their speed (Class 10 for now), come pre-installed, tested and activated with the latest miniMAD system.

Also note that not all the 16GB SD-card - for instance - don't have the same exact capacity, and it may be slightly smaller than the official 16GB miniMAD image, in case you'll have to install the 8GB miniMAD system instead.

In conclusion you can always use your own SD-cards but you may face some extra difficulty.
