Hey,

I'm searching for a palyback solution for an installation with 11520 RGB pixel leds.
Over ArtNet that would need 68 universes. Is the limit of 64 universes really the maximum, or is it possible to reduce refreshrate to 30 fps and then get more universes out?

What is the maximum for ACN? Would 11520 x 3 = 34560 DMX values be possible to play freom the MINI Mad?

I'm pretty sure 68 universes will work.

We went for 64 universes to make sure to stay on the safe side, but we actually made some tests running a lot more.

Moreover, as you're suggesting since the MadLight Recorder actually record the emitted DMX frames, reducing the framerate in the DMX preferences will immediately reduce the load when read by the miniMAD.
