Just picked up 5 MiniMads for a museum installation. Very satisfied so far, but have a few questions:

Making duplicates of SD Card:
- Can I use any micro SD Card as my duplicate? What software is required to make a clone of the SD Card for the MiniMad? How do I clone these sd cards for backup?

Content is not looping perfectly:
- There is a stutter in audio and video each time it loops. Is this something that can be remedied (by perhaps lower res) or something that is just an unfortunate side effect of the device? If the latter, I can make the video lengthy as possible to have that happen less frequently.

You can use any SD-card, as long as their size is equal or superior to the image size (unfortunately, two different 16GB SD-cards car feature slightly different sizes).

About the loop, the best thing you have to do is to make the video last a little longer, with no audio at the very end, to avoid annoying glitches. That's something we still have to improve on.
