Hi,
I want to create an interactive environment with several miniMads using LED lights, video projections and audio (from a video). Sequences are to be triggered with PIR sensors. I created a test setup that uses a Arduino Leonardo to detect the PIR high states which sends a keystroke (1,2 etc) to the miniMad, triggering a different clip.
In the light setup this works exactly as you would expect. The sequences are nicely triggered when the PIR sensor sends a high state.
However, in a video setup the keystrokes are ignored by the miniMad and no clip plays. The strange thing though is that if I plug a regular keyboard into the miniMad the manual switching of clips works perfect! But the keystrokes from the leonardo are ignored. But only in the video setup and not in the light setup. Every, single, time...
Is there a difference in keystroke types or recognition between the light and video setup of miniMad?
