Hello,

i have trouble on a very easy setup with 2 (black) minimad for an exhibition.
The setup is : 2 VideoProjectors / 2 minimad in sync via RJ45 / sound going outside jack of the 2 minimad / 2 files of 25mn each (na mapping, na mask, juste a file = minimad are used for sync).

Problem : some very strange trouble in many points, variable = poor audio quality and/or black frames (drop) in video every minute (average) and/or message at launch "specified media was not found on the minimad".

We try everything (different encoding option, restore the card with the image and Etcher,etc) and there is always at least one of these problems.

Help ! The exhibition is open and the installation is off for the moment :/

What version of MadMapper / MiniMad are you using?

The "specified media was not found" message is very strange.
So each MiniMad receives both movie files right?
Did you try managing the media files on the SD-card by yourself?

What resolution are your files and what output resolution did you choose?
Could you try lowering the output resolution to 720p?

Could you describe poor audio quality?
Are they audio glitches or more of a digital noise all along?

no mapping ? did you try using the direct to framebuffer mode ?
