Hi, done this same task on two micro sd cards, 16gb that came with it, and 128gb class 10 sd card. similar results:

I have logged into my account, downloaded a 16gb version minimad image. used echer to intall the image. right after installation win10 asks to format it again, but i cancel.
then i put my sd card in, then hdmi, then power.
i receive this error. i turned it on and off, i left it for highest 30 minute. same result.
please help, urgent

I just ran the exact same procedure as you described, same OS, image size and everything, and it all worked as expected.

Maybe your MiniMad's SD-card reader is clogged with some dust, which can result in some random errors.

Please follow the dedicated information in the "TROUBLESHOOT" section.

i have received your email from support, thank you so much for that.
have flashed the new ISO you sent, and still receiving this error, this time with a color circle in between flashes. (video emailed)
i have cleaned my MicroSD cards, one of them is brand new though. i have cleaned the microsd slot much as possible.
same result.
pls help ...

Did you clean the micro-SD card slot of the MiniMad as well?

yes i did, watching some youtube videos. no luck

So strange, would you have a second MiniMad you could try your flashed SD-card in?
