What's going on?! On 28th I've paid extra 60 euro for fast delivery, and I was even issued with FedEx tracking number - but this is where the story ends! I still have no minimad, item status is still "label created", and my event, for which I needed the minimad starts tomorrow...

Fantastic, and I don't even have the phone number to contact ANYONE, that's the customer service!

did you contact the support ?
your parcel might have been stuck at the customs.

This week I have been through the same situation. I assume the payment of customs (more than 160 € + customs withholdings). I also paid urgent shipping and it took a week to arrive. Longer than an ordinary shipment. Worse the problem is FEDEX. The shipment is actually in bcn the next day, and the package retained, and then lost. More than 20 calls and no one knew where it was or what was going on with the package. By the end yesterday arrived, but out of time, the material had to travel to Qatar to be installed. A cost blood, sweat and tears, an ordeal.
Maybe there should be other shipping options for buyers.
