I was wondering why a STOP function is not implemented.

I send commands with OSC and I have to switch to a BLACK video or turn OPACITY to 0 to stop a clip.

Why ??

What do you think about a stop function that would:
1. turn the screen black
2. rewind the current media
3. pause the media playback
?
