Is there a way to get around the delay of about half a second on the live feed from a firewire attached dv-camera? I want to beam what's on stage processed by a modul8 effect...

I use a Decklink Extreme video card with Module8 and the performance is almost realtime, I use it to create realtime broadcast graphics over video for a TV program and live events, and it works perfect.
