Convert .swf files to flash 5 or .mov!!

by Mighty Rye » Wed Oct 17, 2007 2:30 pm

    Hey Guys!
Now i searched for about 2 hours, and found many answers about how to convert .swf files to flash 5 or video-formats. But nothig seemed to work.
I have Flash 9.0, but when i load a .swf into it, i cannot convert or export files?! How do i do that? There are not buttons to export or convert in "File" - or any of the other.

    Help me please! (:

.. why can it be, that Modul8 says for some of the files i try to import: "Media not supported". They are all .swf-files, but only some of them works with Modul8.

In quicktime if a option in the pref. to activate flash files.
Open flash files in quicktime and save. After save have the file
a .mov and you can open in Modul8. But not all flash files are
supportet to make it to work.

you cannot play swf files that have actionscript in it and/or are compressed.

you must modify your .fla file to work without actionscript and change you publish settings to make an uncompressed .swf file

    Hello,
Perhaps you have to do your own swfs files ;)

You need the fla not the swf to edit it.
Modul8 will only work with flash5 files.
