Hey all,
Maybe this has been answered already but I'm trying to figure out how to set an auto run through of each preset in modul8. i would like the run through to be kinda long, maybe taking 3-5 minutes on each one. Can this be done? thanks.

What do you mean by preset? To me that seems kind of vague in Modul8 terms. Sorry, could just be me, but try to explain more closely.

You need external MIDI to do the ”running through” anything in M8. Then you have many options what it is that generates the desired MIDI. Ableton is the favorite for many. But anything that has MIDI out (also hardware) is usable.
Then you just use the MIDI mapping in M8 to assign MIDI to mappable elements in Modul8 main interface and modules. You can automate quit a bit this way.

That's kind of how I interpreted Marshall B's question. If that's the case you can also look at Andy T's Genr8 modules pack. They are still in beta and they are not available in the on-line library but you can download them from his site. One of Andy's modules have the option to run a clip and then select which clip to run after. It's pretty nifty actually and gives you the option to expand beyond the limitations of layers and layer sets.

Yes. I tried to give as vague answer as the question was.
Ironically I run into need to do exactly what you say Andy T's Genr8 module pack would do last weekend. I used Slideshow module instead but it worked only partly.
