Hi hi,

Is anyone know how to use your own short clip of video or pattern apply on the live camera , instead of the only few options on Transformer ???

Or is it something that I have to team up with other software??

Thanks for the link! I knew all these basic tricks already. What I am asking is is there anyway I can use my own effect to transfer the live footage??? like you can turn the live footage into grid or dot on Transformer. I don't want to use any existed effect ,,, thats the problem...

You can simply apply the Transformer effect to a layer that is using a live feed.

That is essentially what you are asking. If not, perhaps try to describe it in a more procedural way so we can better assist you.
